By purchasing Founding Member Access or otherwise accessing SyncDock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. SyncDock is operated by Futures Unlimited, Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.
SyncDock is currently in pre-launch development. The $1 Founding Member Access fee reserves your place as an early adopter and applies as a credit toward your first paid subscription month upon launch. This fee does not constitute payment for a fully functional software product. By purchasing Founding Member Access, you acknowledge that the Service is not yet available and that a launch date has not been guaranteed.
While we intend to launch SyncDock, we do not guarantee a specific launch date or that the Service will launch at all. In the event that SyncDock does not launch, founding members will receive a full refund of their $1 Founding Member Access fee.
The $1 Founding Member Access fee is refundable upon request at any time prior to the public launch of the Service. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Founding members will be offered the lowest subscription price SyncDock will ever publicly offer. This price will be communicated prior to launch. Founding members are under no obligation to subscribe at launch and may cancel their founding member reservation at any time.
SyncDock is designed to integrate with third-party platforms including Shopify, Etsy, and eBay. SyncDock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of these platforms. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc. "eBay" is a trademark of eBay Inc. Use of these platforms through SyncDock is subject to each platform's own terms of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futures Unlimited, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which at the founding member stage is $1.00.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service, particularly during the pre-launch period.
We collect your name and email address for the purpose of communicating with you about SyncDock's development and launch. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify founding members of material changes via email. Continued participation in the founding member program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
